Workspace full how to clean up?

I recently started having mailings that my workspace is full. I apparently had an error that my photos were synch-ed, so I now de-selected that option. But now there is somewhere a map filled with my data (ok, murena is private) and I want to clean it. How can I access that map/server and purge it?

I would preferable login via web GUI from a desktop system. There is also an option for hidden files and drawers.
