Oneclickroot tried tot flash my Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S,but non of the latest /e/mobile OS worked.The phone always goes into bootloader.
On my other device,an Mi Mix 2,/e/ works perfect.How come and how can that be solved?
Can I send my device to /e/ foundation to flash?

The steps for installing on the MiMax 2S polaris are given here if they are still not working then one reason for the issue could be if you are already on the latest MiUI build for your device or the Pie OS was flashed on your phone. After flashing Pie most devices cannot be downgraded to previous OS. As yet we do not have a Pie build for Polaris with /e/ code.
The smartphone-in-mail service has not yet been initiated. Hope to start that soon.
