i would like to install /e/os on an asus zs620kl.
the phone has the latest asus firmware version with android 10.
i have unlocked the bootloader using this procedure :

now, when starting the phone, there is a message saying :
"the bootloader is unlocked… " etc…

i have downloaded the file :
e-3.7.3-a15-20260507618658-community-Z01R.zip
going to the “recovery mode”, i select “apply update from adb”
using the command “adb sideload e-3.7.3…”
the phone is saying : “failed to verify whole file signature”
so i have copied the file to an sd card and tried : “apply update from sdcard”
the phone is saying the same “failed to verify whole file signature”.
i have checked my file against md5 and sha256 and the file is not corrupted.
i have tried with the version 3.7.1 and have the same result…
do you have an idea on what i am missing please ?
