I doubt it. There were or still are ways to get access back via a user’s own Google account on fully googled Android OSes with the phone connected to the Google account, but Murena don’t have something like this in /e/OS currently as far as I know. You can boot into the recovery and do a factory reset to let the phone restart with the initial user setup. Prior user data will be gone.
