App Lounge stuck "installing" one app (but it's not)

Hi,

I’ve got this app stuck in the middle of the installation process, because it was interrupted by a network problem, and it seems I can’t resume the installation, nor uninstall the app either, because it doesn’t appear among the installed apps.
How can I fix this? The app is an important one (the one which provides a digital identity to Italian citizens, soecifically).

My first action would be

Settings > Apps and notifications > See all … apps > App Lounge > Storage & cache > Clear storage

Despite the warning of data loss, in my experience there is nothing significant to lose.
