Build /e/, docker, write a new local_manifest

while the docker /e/ build [running its own unaltered system] continued with a repo sync which would not finish - which in my case seems to be the thing that breaks Docker on this machine.

That’s the weird problem
Unfortunately, it’s difficult to know if it’s related to the Docker image, your host system, …
As you could download LOS source trees, your network may be out of cause.
