Thanks for the update @Sam_D. And no it was not a huge hassle it was a bug which we had missed in our code. Thanks for pointing it out and helping us resolve it.

Sorry to dig up this topic. I intended to change my email account name, so I deleted my current account to create a new one.
Unfortunately I cannot register again with my adress since it’s “already being used”.
Should I send a mail to contact@e.email ?
