Download stable Q for Samsung S9 not understanding

When downloading 0.16 of my Samsung S9 from the web , it says that I will download and stable in Q. But seems that when I install it through TWRP in my device with android 10 firmware in, it has install Oreo 8 . Why is still the web saying that I will get Android 10 when install e/ in the Samsungs? How can I get the stable one in my device?

Thanks @piero , but my problem is not about installation, is about that in the web of e/ I can just download the oreo in 0.16 version , while in the same web talks about that I can get the stable version in Q

I think the page is ready for the stable Q build but the stable Q build release has been delayed.
