Not anymore, there ist Android 12 (stable) and Android 13 (dev). In my opinion the difference is small between stable and dev.

For this device, You can choose
/e/OS-S-stable based on android Snow Cone (12)
or
/e/OS-T-dev based on android Tiramisu (13)

Android 10 from E/os ?

Why do you want/need Android 10 /E/ OS? Pixel 4 should be at least on Android 12 if not Android 13 so it might not be possible to flash Android 10 /E/ OS on the phone without encountering problems…
Ι need E/os Android 10 because the phone stucks to a battery problem and only works on Android 10 but thw Pixel Flame Roms doing update automatically and my problem goes on.
I cant use the phone without Amndroid 10.
As previously said, /e/OS-Q was dropped about 2 years ago, and is no more available on the web site.
This has total no sence.
For this device, Android “10” was dropped by Gogol since late 2019, no more update nor upgrade.
/e/OS-“Q” was dropped since early 2022 and is no more officially available, no update, only upgrade is available but it cannot be done automatically.
To restore you phone working, I advise you to reinstall from scratch Gogol Stock android 10 version as a good firmware base, then install an up to date /e/OS version over it (“S” stable or “T” dev)

Android 10 is no longer supported by /e/OS, as previously said, and I find no archives of it for flame.
