Week 12, Development and Testing Updates

We are rolling out v3.6 builds - staggered release. A16 build will be released after a couple of days. Still working on some last-minute fixes. Plan is to release with v3.6. The final list of devices for which we will release A16 will be shared after we have completed the A16 build. Just a note of caution here.
