Addressing the next user facing this issue, when you see this Installation screen,
it is important that you have ALREADY done your Your first boot into TWRP which would have first resulted in you seeing one or both of these screens on your Samsung.
All of the steps on the Easy Installer screen require you to be working in your newly installed TWRP.
For instance, this is the device screen for the first step Tap on ‘Wipe’
