Fairphone4 screen stays black

Hey guys,

For several weeks, my Screen stays black, when I receive a call. And it turns black, when I’m listening to Voicemails (expecially WhatsApp)

Is this a bug or can I fix this for myself in the settings?

I’m using a Fairphone4 with /e/OS v.3.7.3
