Update was successful. Noticed that the advanced privacy widget was gone but was able to manually add it back. The position of some app icons changed.

Very positive: This is the first eos version that allows me to successfully run the coursera app.

thank you for the great work

It works well.

Recovery update to version 1.15 is missing, I couldn’t find updates for other Xiaomi devices either.

Has recovery development been suspended or discontinued? I could not find any information about it here on the forum.

Thanks, bye!

Installation error for Samsung Note 3 (hlte), OTA. Tried three times, same result. There seems to be a change in modus operandi because there is a new warning…but after that the error hits me…or you ;- )

Addendum: On another phone update worked flawless, tried again with the other one as I thought it might be a corrupted image, but same result. Had to install manually.

I continue to experience the problem I reported in Issue #7083.

I’ll be happy to try the T build once it becomes available. Althuogh the XZ2C Install page refers to a T dev build, one isn’t available via the link at this time.

Our awesome e-community member @ronnz98 built an unofficial /e/OS-T (Android 13) - and it works fine. Hip, hip, hooray + cheers :clinking_glasses: to e-1.15-t-20230920-UNOFFICIAL-herolte by @ronnz98 :1st_place_medal::2nd_place_medal::3rd_place_medal:

/e/ dev team, please consider transforming Galaxy S7 ‘SM-G930F’ (herolte) to ‘official’ status /e/OS-T.

Mic input volume is still too low on my device. Up until now, I could modify the /system/vendor/etc/mixer_paths.xml file and ramp up some values. Now that debugging has been removed, I cannot enable usb root access anymore.
How can I fix it again?

I tried upgrading to T, which didn’t work: sideload was successful but after rebooting the phone I got stuck on the /e/ logo. I downgraded to Q and then successfully upgraded to R.

Hi, does the heartrate sensor works by you?

After the month-long fiasco since upgrade Android S e-1.9-s-20230312268558-dev-hotdog, I was excited to see the first /e/OS-T upgrade.

First I unzipped e-1.15-t-20230917331436-dev-hotdog.zip, then unzipped the payload.bin file it contained, which in turn contained recovery.img (v.1.15) among other things. The next step was the installation of e-Recovery (v 1.15) via fastboot. Afterwards the successful installation of e-1.15-t-20230917331436-dev-hotdog.zip via adb sideload.
