If you are on Telekom, does “4G Calling” / VoLTE work for you or do you have it disabled?
I’m considering switching operators over this, but I’m not sure if this will solve my problems. Either that, or I need to change the phone / OS…

I had the same issue since October. If it’s not Fossify Phone, then I have no idea what solved my issue. I tried factory reset of e/OS/, IodeOS, FairphoneOS. It worked as expected only on FairphoneOS, but it has all the Google crap in it. So I tested IodeOS again, but I didn’t install Phone app. Instead, I installed Fossify Phone. But I guess this is not the solution.

Disabling VoLTE had no effect, tried it.
I also bought SIM cards from three (3) different operators, no effect, the problem occured on all.
