I have failed again: Magisk running, TWRP gone. That’s what I’ve done:
- patch the correct boot.img
- open bootloader
- boot the FP3 with “fastboot boot twrp.img”
- once inside TWRP, install current TWRP (advanced options)
- from inside TWRP, install the patched boot image
- only then reboot to system.
result: FP3 rooted, TWRP gone. Any hints on about how to have both?
When you install TWRP from the booted TWRP, you need to reboot the device into TWRP before any other boot attempt.
