Installation of Outlook on another user profile

Hi,

I tried to install Outlook on my new /e/OS.
It works on my main user profile, with the Advanced Privacy (trackers) removed.
But as soon as I want to install it on another user profile, it doesn’t work. I get the error 2603 network not available.
Also, the data mobile settings is not reachable via the second user while it is set on “not automatically on”.

Do you have any idea why it would work on my main profile but not on the other one ?
