Hmmmm … Maybe more cleanup is needed.
But this will take more time, as you will download all again.

I’ll try (from /mnt/repo-base):

  • docker-compose down --rmi all --volumes
  • docker container ls (should be empty, if not use docker container kill)
  • docker container prune --force
  • docker system prune --all --volumes --force
  • rm -rf /var/lib/docker/overlay2/*
  • cd && mv /mnt /mnt.bak && mkdir /mnt

And restart the installation from very beginning …

If error persists, please try this : Self-hosting /e/ Cloud Services is here!
Be aware that :

  • this is quite old, so mariadb image version may not be accurate (get TAG from docker image ls "mariadb")
  • you’ll have to replace <MYSQL_ROOT_PASSWORD> with value from .env file
