How can we prevent the message application (SMS) from changing the text we write without warning? (proper nouns, abbreviations). I’ve deactivated spelling correction in the general options, without success.

Try Settings app / System / Languages & input / On-screen keyboard / Android Keyboard / Text correction.

I tried some times to get into every branches of the android-settings-tree, but did not found the android-keyboard-branch until your help.
