I have a Moto X Play, which is the reserve mobile - the LG G 3 of my wife was stolen and she got this one for now, but there are no mobile data. Phone works, but no Internet. I checked the new sim on another phone - there it works like a charme. On my carrierer it worked - I think a year ago…

The X Play has a lot of possibilitys (mor than 30) to choose - normally the option preferable LTE works - but here not - somebody has any idea?

Did you configure the APN settings correctly?

Sorry forgot - yes I proofed, but it was done by the sim

It is the problem of the Austrian Provider bob - it cannot handle “preferred network type”
