Did you build yourself? Then it is an “unofficial” and there are no OTA updates.

There is OTA for phone provided on /e/ website.
They target a stable version and there is less update than on the nightly versions.
For my /e/ S7 the last update was in august : https://images.ecloud.global/stable/herolte/e-0.7-n-2019082020896-stable-herolte.zip.changelog
You can get this link and check your phone version in the menu : Parameters > About Phone > System updates > 3 dots > Modification history

Hi @Cabnedor on the refurbished phones we have stable builds in comparison to the dev builds that are released for other devices. The stable build release frequency is monthly or when we have important changes…which means it will be slow. The last release was in August. The dev builds are a bit unstable and released frequently … every 2- 3 days.
