Problem with Camera on Triodos Banking App

Hello, i saw that there was started earlier a topic about this problem, but was closed after 30 days.

I was trying to activate the Triodos bank app on my GS290 with the option: use identity.
But when he wants to make a picture, he stops en saying that i must be connect with Google Services.

Is there an option for the developing team to look also at this problem?
