I assume you don’t get push notifications for received mails.
This is nothing your router is involved in. And there are no push notifications sent to the Murena cloud. The direction is the opposite one.

In this case, it should be a simple SMTP client.
You can’t manage murena.io black/white lists.
However your problem may only be temporary because you exceeded the send rate limit.
Just disable the push service for a couple of days, then try again with a limited amount of emails.
I’m wondering : can you still manually send emails with the same account and a device behind your FRITZ!Box?

The message “email not accepted” is displayed on the fritz.box site when trying to send a test mail to my email-address XXXXXX@murena.io .
Mails from other email-addresses to XXXXX@murena.io work fine.
My settings in the fritzbox (system → push service) are the following:
E-mail adress: ‘XXXXX@murena.io’
Password: XXXX (the password for my Murena cloud)
User name: ‘XXXXX@murena.io’
SMTP-Server: mail.ecloud.global
Port: 587
“Yes” to “This server supports a secure connection (SSL).”
Because the error is not “Sending of an email message failed. Reason: authentication error.” or something similar, I assume the push service to be configured correct.

Yes, it is an issue about the push service described on page 200+ in the handbook. At
“Push service mails are not sent | FRITZ!Box 7590 | AVM International”
there are other error messages mentioned. I wounder is there a way to adjust my murena email-account the same way as described for Google or Yahoo?
I waited three days and still have the same results. Perhaps it will the best idea to set up a new account?
Murena email is, as far as I know, a pure SMTP MTA (Postfix) and wont accept 2FA like Yahoo, Google, etc
As the security mechanism for Murena is STARTTLS and not SSL, did you try to uncheck it in settings ?

It may be interesting to try with another account (Create a free Murena Cloud account). Please be aware that the invitation address you used for your current account cannot be re-used.
Later, you can delete this test account with https://murena.io/settings/user/drop_account.
I tried it with a test account and it worked perfectly 
. I will use this second account as a work-around and hope it will last longer than the last time (that were 3 days).

One thing that can vary with time is the RSpamd engine. Could you please check the headers, especially the “X-Spam”, and possibly post them back here?
Did you check to send email with your former account, from a device behind the same public IP address?

I wanted to make sure that it wasn’t the RSpamd anti-spam engine causing trouble (it can happen in time, because of the self-training).
As you send from the same address your messages won’t be intercepted by RSpamd (no X-SPAM header), so it’s not the case.
I do not understand this. The sending device was in both times the Fritz!Box 7590, so the IP should be the same, shouldn’t it?
The difference was the account: At my first account, the test-mail sent while configurating was “not accepted”. Is there a possibility to get details (e.g. like the header above) of this unsuccessfully sent Email out of the Fritz!Box?
I’m wondering if the couple (email address + source IP address) would get blacklisted.
It should be great to have Fritz!Box detailed log, but I couldn’t find anything about in docs. Maybe you can ask their support?
