Try this - do not use hardware buttons:
fastboot flash boot recovery-e-2.7-t-20250113460981-community-rosemary.img
Now reboot into r/e/covery to verify r/e/covery installation:
fastboot boot recovery-e-2.7-t-20250113460981-community-rosemary.img
