There are no ROMs available for this device I mean literally no custom ROMs available…

/e/OS is based on the LineageOS custom ROM. As there is no LineageOS ROm for this device, then /e/OS will not happen for this device.

Your only hope would be a GSI (Generic System Image). See this page for more details
