I’ve flashed a Samsung S7 today, following the procedure.
But I could not adb sideload the ROM, with the following error message on PC side:
adb: sideload connection failed: device unauthorized.
This adb server's $ADB_VENDOR_KEYS is not set
Try 'adb kill-server' if that seems wrong.
Otherwise check for a confirmation dialog on your device.

My workaround was to put the e-*.zip file on a SD card, insert it inside the device, and flash from the SD card.
I’ve read other reports of this issue on Install e/os on Galaxy S7 , that seem to say that wiping the system partition might be the cause of this issue, reverting the OEM unlock
