I have a S8 DUOS (FD model).

I would be very interested in e ROM for it.

I could possibly help build and or maintain a build.

Hi @FJrider you can try and build the ROM using the guides available here. Share the build with others on the forum and if you are interested in maintaining it officially let us know. Please send an email to join@e.email, with a clear subject line (like: ROM Developer Mediatek).

Hi all,
I bought a refurbished Samsung S8 this week, wanting to migrate from iOs to eOs :slight_smile:
And i got a bad surprise, my S8 model is a ‘SM-G950U’ and after reading some topics, i found that this model is not supported by /e/, right ?
I am very disappointed cos’ i bought it in France, and this is a US model…
Is someone already try to install /e/ on this model ? Is it really not compatible ?
What choice do i have instead of returning the phone ?

If you bought it on the internet, I think you have 14 days to return it. Maybe you can ask for a compatible model instead.
