What I have notice along my different testings is that the best way to avoid trackers is to avoid apps. And to prefer reaching the website instead of using apps. Configure browser like Brave, Fennec, Tor Browser (or other Firefox derived browser) with extensions. And use Tor over VPN (to no let your ISP notice you’re on Tor).
