According to https://github.com/microg/android_packages_apps_GmsCore/issues/1057 and others, microG now supports contact tracing APIs so contact tracing apps can use them.
Currently, this update still hasn’t made its way to /e/OS (the last system update is from a month ago, which btw is a bit scary given how quickly Lineage and microG evolve), at least not on FP3, which prevents me from setting up the UK’s NHS app.
When should I expect an update of /e/OS to include these APIs? It feels to me like it should be a major concern that it’s not in there yet.
I have used the search but none of the results seemed gave me anything other than bikeshedding on the apps themselves instead of an answer to the question I’m asking, and I don’t have a whole day available for searching through this huge amount of content (kind of a needle in a haystack situation here).
Thanks! Sorry I missed that, it answers my question perfectly, I’ll be waiting for an update within the next few days then!
