Building Android (i did it for the Galaxy s4mini) is not as simple as building Postmatket OS, (i did it for the Galaxy Tab 2) you will need a more powerfull machine (mininum 16GB of RAM)

i have tested and documented the 6 ways to build PostmarketOS for a Samsung device, and i am proud to have found a smart way to easily switch between AndroidOS and PostmarketOS (if you build postmarket to work from the SDcard)

Porting Postmarket for a new device is a very big effort (compared to my IT skills) that i tried a few years ago for the Galaxy s4mini, and was not abble to achieve, (the Galaxy Tab 2 was already ported by another guy, and it is now a community supported device…)
