Hello to the experts,
a few weeks ago i was given a Samsung Xcover Pro (SM-G715FN with Exynos9611). Since then i have been trying to find out how to flash a /e/OS-Gsi on the Device, as there is no community version. Unfortunately, the Ex-Business Device is enormously secured. The fastboot-mode seems to be not present, as is the Dsu-Loader. So it is probably only possible to flash with Heimdall / Odin in download-mode? After unlocking the bootloader i made a promising first attempt to see whether the image “2.9-t-20250330-CUSTOM-gsi_arm64.img” is suitable for the Device with the help of the App “DsuSideloader” (f-droid). In this environment /e/OS behave like expected.
As far as i know, however, it is not possible to flash the image-format offered with Heimdall / Odin. A Zip file or individual images (system, vbmeta, etc) are mentioned for this. What options do i have? Can these variants also be created or even provided?
I for myself can’t develop. Perhaps someone has a solution for me, or am i wrong?
