Manoj, did your team ever look into automated screenshot / screencast creation and/or structured manual test plans to keep documentation entries on basic tasks and onboarding updated?
I’d love to see a doc sub-article for the mere adding of a murena account device side that I can link to from the forum. It’s easy as text instructions, but pictures help beginners:
- Create a free Murena Workspace account (a long article already)
Settings >> Accounts >> Add account >> Murena.io
doc.e.foundation is great in aggregating many disparate topics and linking into forum posts (there mostly 2020 era), but what I myself miss when trying to get struggling beginners “on track” is a “Getting Started” top entry where the most mundane things follow from. In the doc aggregator, if you search for “introduction” you can end up in a howto extract firmware blobs article. What I mean: there’s no separation of beginner to advanced to expert/builder topics.
I think that video was a great intro demo’ing the first steps. The video alone could be a support article.
