Why can't I uninstall the preinstalled apps?

This is really a minor issue, but is there a reason that we can’t uninstall the pre-installed apps like

  • browser
  • message
  • calculator
  • weather
  • music
  • notes

I don’t have anything against these apps, but either I don’t use them, or am using an alternative.

If it makes any difference, I am using a refurbished S9 bought directly from e-solutions.

There is no reason, because you actually can uninstall those Apps …
