Been tinkering with alternative operating systems for years without really finding the one i could stick to.

Poco X3 Pro running e-os (satisfactorily-daily driver)
Samsung Galaxy S9+ running e-os (satisfactorily-daily driver)

Macbook 12 8,1 running debian 13 “Trixie” (kind of a daily driver, bt and speakers not working)
