I’m a long-time (20 years) PocketPC/Windows Mobile/Windows Phone user who has switched to /e/ with the demise of that platform. My choice of /e/ has to do with my severe distrust in Google (A company with a motto of “don’t be evil” is like a used car salesman who calls himself “Honest John”.) I really miss my Windows 10 Mobile phone, but I guess I’ll have to get used to Android.
