Username can be obfuscated, only the part after @ is relevant :wink:

Not sure what you mean…you already have my email-address.

On your phone, go to Settings, then Accounts.

If there is something else after the @e.email, please send a request to support@e.email with details.

is this happens in WLAN as well in cell network?

Not sure. But it’s only on wlan so far.

Maybe because of any ACL in your home wlan. (I don’t know what, because i don’t know your setting)

I have several other devices not running /e.
Never seen this problem before. They all use the same network access point.

50x http error codes is ecloud.global having availability issues. They’re most likely temporary, checkout the status page (most only services have them) https://status.ecloud.global/

We are investigating intermittent timeouts, apologies for the inconvenience.

I see about filing a backlog issue for davx / accountmanager handling this more friendly, no need for a 50x to bubble up to the front screen
