A question about recent support response time

I apologize if that’s the wrong place to ask, but:

I’ve recently tried to contact (two separate tickets) Murena support about my bricked Fairphone 4. I have noticed that the response time is around 48h, but I’m waiting for over a week from the first ticket, and 5 days from the second. Is everything okay with the support team?

I’m not asking to be mean, I’m just curious. The phone was my main device, and the waiting time is very, very long.

The most recent ticket number is: 9930826
