Again a mail access problem: “something went wrong” when accessing murena.io. Third time since begining of week that murena.io has login problems. Happens on android and web app (firefox/ubuntu)

The issue has been reported to the infra team to check and resolve.

Good to see the issue has been reported. I can’t use any of the apps and have tried several different browsers. In case it’s relevant, I am in Australia. After logging in to my account there is a screen like this:

There may be an issue with the OIDC/OAuth2 server of murena.io. (I would suggest to add its status to status.murena.io.)

I’m always getting the message:

This started last week, but I was waiting to see if others also experience the same, as not only I’m experiencing this but also a relative of mine also using /e/ cloud. We are using Librewolf (Firefox derivative), but I don’t believe that’s the reason…
I looked into:
And murena.io is shows green fro the last 19m, but the error still persists…

The details have been passed to the teams to check and resolve. Will update once I get any inputs from the team.
Mail services should be back to normal now. Pl check.
Some server changes had not propagated to all the services which resulted in the error. This has been fixed.
