Account manager notification

Hi everyone,
I’ve got a constant silent notification from the account manager.
This notification is present since maybe 6 or 7 months and has stayed on despite different updates.
It can be cleared but pop up again linutes later.
When clickibg on it takes me to the account app but I cannot re authenticate, I’ve got an error message saying that i can configure only one murena.io on my device and no other option than close the message.

Any of you have hint on whats happening there ?
It doesn’t affect phone behavior at all but I’d like to know what this is about.

Could you possibly have set up an account …
then, thinking that it was not working nicely …
set up a second account ??

I don’t think, when I check today in the account manager I only have one murena account listed.
