Account will not connect

I would like to log in to my E account but I can’t do it I enter my correct details and then it will say email address or password incorrect.

who has an idea what I might be overlooking

login at the web address in a browser, or login in the Android setup-wizard or its account settings?

I’d try to use the username with lowercase before @e.email and @murena.io … or completely without, as they’re unique anyway despite the domain.

I can not login with my IPhone 8 I think that don’t work now.

I must first have I Android phone and then I can hopefully login with my/e/ account
