Activate push notification

Using /e/OS

Hi guys,
how can i activate the push notifications for my /e/ device?

I want to use Signal and Threema with this Service…

The Screenshot shows “Not connected”…

I try the APP “push notification tester” and the result shows “Register for push notification” with a red cross.
