Add functions to ecloud (NextCloud) platform

As we know ecloud is based on NextCloud. NextCloud offers the possibility of full text search with e.g. elastic search. It would be great if you could impment and enable it in ecloud.

Also, in NextCloud there is the possibility of integrating external storage via webdav.Could this please also be enabled.
