The latest branch in the linked github repos is cm-14.1 which is Android 7 / nougat. /e/ have dropped (are dropping?) support for devices on nougat and, in my experience, it is not possible to make nougat builds of the latest versions of /e/OS (after v0.20?). So I think it is very unlikely there will be even an unofficial build of /e/OS for this device. Sorry!
Well, of course we know this - even if still in use in some places of the world - is an adbandoned device (we originally marked this 3ad with “[VINTAGE]” label but @Manoj changed it), anyway we believe that resources “backup” could attract more users/devs.
