Android auto with Magic Earth, does it work?

Im thinking of buying the new fairphone 6 with Eos.

But I also want to use Android auto and for navigatie use Magic Earth instead of Google maps.

Does this work well?

Short answer. Yes it works.

But which way do you want it to work? You need some Google services oft course our like i did in my way with Stubs. You find some introduction here.
