There was a major issue with using an eSIM in a Fairphone 4 after the update to 2.6.3, so for the time being, they withdrew that update until that is fixed. No idea when.
The bug seems fixed to me, and U will come back with 2.7 for FP4. In the dev channel you can find v. 2.7 rc2.
