Anyone tried /e/ on a Samsung Galaxy S5 Active SM-G870A

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone had tried to install /e/os on the aforementioned Samsung Galaxy S5 Active SM-G870A?

The SM-G870F is officially supported and there are few posts about it, but nothing regarding the SM-G870A specifically.

I got such a phone which I would I would give to my father after installing /e/os on it. With the original, current Android version, it was never possible to apply any updates outside of the AT&T network.

Sorry but (klteattactive) is not supported, only (klteactive).
Reason is “AT&T” sells devices with locked bootloaders when “internatonal” models are unlockable.

ok so it’s a hard limit that makes it impossible to install/flash any alternative OS?
