Unfortunately, I am unable to install the FreshDesk app that I need for work (via Aurora or AppStore).
I am also unable to log in via the website.
What is the reason for this, and what should I tell Fresh Support?

now AppLounge can have intermittent issues so your experience can differ - but I’ve had no difficulty installing the app and get to the intro screens asking you for the helpdesk url.
It starts and usable if dns adblock is enabled, so it can’t be up to Advanced Privacys tracking blocker. You got “hide-my-ip” enabled or other issues outside App installs where network or dns is an issue?

It essentially says “cannot be installed on this device.”

worst case, get the apk from apkmirror, they do check the apk signature to be constant
