I have a question about security. My Poco F3 and Xiaomi have an app-lock function in their standard Rom.
This app lock function initiates a lock for opening the corresponding app - which can be set for each app as desired. You can then only open the app with a fingerprint or password. I miss this function in a Rome that is designed for data protection. (This is about direct data protection in the hardware, i.e. active data protection (passive would be the pleasant renunciation of the google services or manageability with them).
Is there an app in the F-Droid Store or an alternative?
The only good alternative is Avast (Avast mobile Security)
But this app has a lot of google trackers and I think I’ll leave security apps out completely. It also costs money.
What should I generally think of Android security apps (G Data also has an app lock function)?
But first the question about the App Lock (an alternative app)
Since I’m new here, can I ask the question in English via the community blog or is that done automatically?
If someone in another language area has an answer…
