Third issue now noticed in addition to the earlier two reported above.

  1. Searching for an app works, but if I then search for a different app the search results returned are for the first search term not the second. I have to close and restart App Lounge in order to be able to run a second search successfully.

I have some devices on r 2.2 and both apkā€™s dont work unfortunatelyā€¦
Any ideas?

On Pixel 5 redfin after the 2.5 update I updated App Lounge to 2.10.1 but it still does not work normally. Itā€™s slow especially when checking for updates and it still asks to refresh or ignore the login. I donā€™t know if automatic updates work at all, so far I did not get the usual notification about installed updates but updated manually. So itā€™s kind of better but not fixed. Itā€™s been several weeks now, I find that unsatisfatory.

yesterday, on my Pixel 5 V2.5 T, I got an automatic update proposal from AppLounge. It seems to work fine, although itā€™s less responsive than usual when it comes to displaying the home page. I use it anonymously.

Using a Teracube 2e emerald. On 2.4.1, still on S, updated a working App lounge to 2.10.1 while updating a second app. Now App lounge is no longer working, it hangs on the home screen. No button interaction, no scrolling though any app categories.

Update: deleted cache and local data, went through the initial agreement screen and App lounge is working again.

I think AppLounge anonymous mode is down again since 2 days. ā€œRefreshing the sessionā€ comes in bootloop since 2 days.

The applications to be updated appear, but itā€™s impossible to get past the first error message. If this is ignored, an authentication error appears indicating a signature problem in the package to be updated.

Iā€™ve tried on 3 different /e/ devices, same error. Clearing cache and data does not help.

Workaround: Use Aurora Store.

Thanks for this tip, I was able to make two accounts with someone elseā€™s device by using the Gmail app and it seems to work for now !

Updated AppLounge from self-update to 2.10.1 on eOS 2.5 on Murena today, cleared cache, getting ā€œRefreshing the sessionā€ loopā€¦

Did you try clear cache/storage and then with PWA Fdroid mode to update App Lounge?

So, on /e/OS 2.5 U, App Lounge 2.9. Update doesnā€™t show up when using the PWA method in App Lounge. Tried both APKs from Gitlab (official and community); both say ā€œapp not installed as package conflicts with an existing packageā€.

I have the exact same problem. e OS version 1.19 and AppLounge version 2.6.8. Is there any workaround?

Updating e OS might fix it, but since apparently one is supposed to backup everything and it seems to be quite a hassle I do not have the time right now, but I need app upgradesā€¦

Ok, so for unknown reason it started working this morning.

It got fixed for me when I pressed ā€œupdate allā€ after there were no Updates avaible. Then it restarted the anonymous login and I had 20+ updates ready to install.

I just had an update of AppLounge, from 2.10.1 to 2.11. Where can I read about the changelog, I tried to look in gitlab but I did not find the repository of the app.
