App Lounge broken after recent update

Recently whenever I open App Lounge I just get a frozen screen (see screenshot) often acompanied with the message that the process stopped responding and if I want to wait or close it.

I tried restarting the phone but that didn’t help.

Obviously I can’t reinstall the app cause it can’t be removed.

I suspect the recent update is to blame cause the issue began around that time. Is there anything I can do to fix it apart from waiting for the next update? Do I need to file a bug report? If so where can i do that? I’m on version 3.2-a14-20251026540137-community-dumpling

There is this App Lounge FAQ. Where you have a “total failure” as you describe you may have to do the “clean up” in more than one session, bearing in mind the important advice to “Try later” – maybe a wait of 12 hours after Clear storage and before Anonymous login again is beneficial (this might help avoid the situation where the remote server has a “continuing damaged” connection with the device).

There is a Gitlab issue App Lounge cannot show or install many "common" apps (#8738) · Issues · e / Backlog · GitLab. Please also check some recent threads with hashtag app-lounge.
