App-lounge down?

Both my e/OS devices are not loading app lounge. I presume others have the same problem?

Ok! Thanks for the info.

Hi, many thanks for the link to the /e/ status page !
I guess somewhat independant of /e/, but wouldn’t it be cool to have somewhere the status of the murena services (Nextcloud, mail etc.), these are critical services (eg I absolutely depend on my agenda, which is down on a Sunday night / Monday morning, extremely problematic :scream:…) ?
Cheers

Ah well, it does exist of course : https://status.murena.io/
Any suggestions as to ETA for coming back online most welcome

I just wanted to provide some feedback that despite assurances that app lounge is now operational, I am unable to install f-droid, file manager and other applications through anonymous mode or through selection of open sources or pwa applications only.

Presumably in order to use app lounge to install applications I would have to sign in with google.

If so, how long until app lounge will be back to its anonymised self?

Many thanks

Hi,
Currently, ‘commercial’ applications (from the Play Store) install correctly via App Lounge. However, all the applications labeled ‘Open Source’ are not installing at the moment. The page https://status.e.foundation/ indicates that everything is operational regarding App Lounge without distinguishing between apps from the Play Store and those from F-Droid.

Thanks for confirming my observations obd. I will give it a week and see how we are doing toward the 19th.

All the best

Small workaround in the meantime: by installing the desired application from its APK, App Lounge correctly detects the application as installed (and should therefore offer future updates). Tested just now with the DuckDuckGo browser APK.
